Arts & Crafts

Group activities provide an excellent opportunity to meet new people, acquire new skills, or perhaps even make steps towards mastering an old one. Our Activities Coordinator is enthusiastic about developing new and interesting activities, such as our weekly Arts & Crafts workshops. Residents can participate in a variety of crafts, ranging from painting and colouring to flower arranging.

Allowing people to express themselves creatively has a range of mental and physical benefits, and when paired with the social aspect that these group activities bring, residents are sure to have a wonderful time and feel successful after participating in our Arts & Crafts sessions.

Creativity Benefits All

Our teams have always worked hard to establish an engaging and diversified activity programme that will keep all residents motivated and ready to face the challenges of each day. We believe that art therapy, in its various forms, benefits the well-being of senior citizens. Residents, employees, loved ones, and the broader community can all benefit from group activities. Our staff has seen firsthand how useful Arts & Crafts programmes are to our residents, as our residents always leave our sessions feeling lighter and happier.
