High-Quality Care Remains Our First Priority

Nothing is more important to us than the wellbeing of our residents. At Queens View Harbour Care Home in Troon, providing high standards of care is vital, and you can rest confident that you will receive care that is second to none, 24 hours a day.

Our devoted, compassionate, and experienced team takes pride in providing person-centred care that respects privacy and dignity. We can modify and evolve the care given as needed as individual needs change over time, working in cooperation with residents and their families. All of this takes place in a safe, secure, and comfortable environment where all of your needs are met.

Care That Goes Above & Beyond, Always

In line with recent Scottish Government guidance effective from September 2022, care homes in Scotland no longer require face masks to be worn during visits due to high vaccination rates and other mitigations against COVID-19 in the social care sector and LFD testing is no longer necessary. Face masks will continue to be provided at the home should it be your preference to continue to wear one and staff will support the preferences of our residents who wish for our staff to wear face masks whilst providing them with care.

We would like to reassure you that we will continue to work closely with our Local Health Protection Teams and will follow their guidance should this decision change. For further information, please click here or contact the Home Manager directly.

Residential Care in Troon

We provide residential care in a comfortable, warm, and inviting setting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We give as much or as little support as needed to each of our residents while encouraging independence for those residents who might find it difficult to run a household, look after themselves at home, or just might benefit from the companionship of others in a group setting. Each of our residents has their very own personal plan that details all of their care needs and preferences, as well as how their specific care options should be delivered by our expert teams.

All of the care we provide is in a setting that blends contemporary amenities with the comfortable feeling of being safe, secure, and cared for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Queens View Harbour Care Home in South Ayrshire is a warm and welcoming environment where residents can enjoy living in a community while also receiving respectful and dignified care that is tailored to each individual’s needs. It can also be highly beneficial to residents who are feeling increasingly lonely and could just use some additional company.
